We’ve always believed that goats are more than livestock – they’re connection-builders: between people, between traditions, and between generations. Watching our herd transform over time, seeing how a single goat can bring someone such joy, curiosity, or comfort, taught us that there’s more to goat care than meets the eye. And from that learning and love grew something deeper – a set of ideas, values, and aspirations that extends beyond our pasture gates.  

That next chapter is something we’re building. A thoughtful and values-driven framework called Heritage Silky Fainting Goat Registry, that reflects all we’ve learned through decades with these animals. It’s rooted in the same care, curiosity, and respect that have guided us since day one. Though it’s not yet open or formalized, it is part of where our story is headed * inspired by the goats who taught us why we do this in the first place.
